Key Responsibilities:
Perform
pipe stress analysis
for piping systems connected to pumps, vessels, heat exchangers, tanks, and columns using
CAESAR II
.
Review and validate stress isometrics and equipment nozzle loads as per project specifications.
Conduct static analysis and evaluate critical lines based on ASME and applicable codes.
Prepare and deliver stress analysis reports and technical documentation.
Coordinate with piping layout, process, civil, and structural teams to resolve stress-related queries.
Participate in client and internal review meetings for stress analysis deliverables.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Experience:
2+ to 5 years in
Piping Stress Engineering
.
Industry:
Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery projects.
Software:
Proficiency in
CAESAR II
is mandatory.
Strong understanding of
ASME B31.3
, WRC, API codes.
