Prepare Datasheets, undertake RFQ/MR, TBA and VDR for Valves and Special


Materials (Piping Speciality Items).

Branching calculations

Interfacing with Aveva ERM Team and 3D Model Admin Team.

Good understanding and awareness of Piping Materials Engineering:

Commonly used piping materials and their suitability for various services.

ASME codes for Piping bulk items, Valves, Special Materials.

Construction features of Valves and Special Materials.


Buried piping material requirements.

Non-metallic piping material requirements.

Below experience will be an added advantage

Awareness about piping material composition and manufacturing processes

Awareness about ASTM specifications.

Awareness about EN codes and standards.

Piping MR/BOQ (MTO)

Procurement process for Piping components

Awareness about Inspection and Testing requirements.
