Job Description
Experience:
8-10 years of relevant experience in piping design and engineering in EPC or industrial projects (steel, oil & gas, chemical, etc.)
Key Responsibilities:
Review
piping design, routing, and layout
using 2D/3D CAD software (AutoCAD, PDMS, E3D, Smart Plant, etc.) Preparepiping specifications, material take-offs (MTO), and isometric drawings
Conductpipe stress analysis
using software such as CAESAR II, START-Prof, or Auto PIPE Review vendor drawings and equipment layout to accommodate piping interfaces Ensure piping design complies withASME, ANSI, API, ASTM, IS, or relevant codes and standards
Participate indesign reviews (Model Review, HAZOP, Constructability Review)
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in
CAD tools
(AutoCAD, E3D, PDMS, SmartPlant 3D) Familiar withpipe stress analysis tools
(CAESAR II, AutoPIPE) Strong understanding ofpiping materials, fittings, valves, and support systems
Knowledge ofinternational design codes
(ASME B31.3/B31.1, API, ASTM) Ability to read and interpretP&IDs, GA drawings, piping isometrics, and support drawings

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
