Job Description

Requirement: Piping Engineer

Qualification:

B.E. / B.Tech

in Mechanical Engineering

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

(with relevant piping experience) may also be considered

Experience:

5-8 years

of experience in piping engineering
Prior experience in

refineries / IOCL projects / PSU projects

will be highly preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Execution and supervision of

piping fabrication and erection works

Study and interpretation of

P&ID, isometric drawings, GA drawings

Preparation and checking of

BOQ, MTO, and piping layouts

Coordination with

civil, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation teams

Supervision of site manpower and subcontractors Knowledge of

piping supports, hydro testing, flushing, erection sequence, and commissioning activities

Ensuring

quality, safety, and schedule compliance

Familiarity with

ASME, ASTM, IS codes and refinery standards

Skills Required:

Strong site execution and coordination skills Experience in

CS, SS, alloy steel piping

Ability to handle refinery work fronts independently

Job Location:

IOCL Panipat Refinery, Haryana

Salary:

As per experience and industry standards (negotiable)
