Job Description

Qualifications:

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Drafting, or a Similar field 2-4 years of drafting experience in piping, preferably within Offshore, Marine, or Oil & Gas sectors Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD and Plant 3D Knowledge of Cadmatic is an added advantage Strong understanding of mechanical and piping systems Familiarity with industry standards and materials Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

Create detailed schematics and drawings for piping systems using CAD software (AutoCAD, Plant 3D) Collaborate with engineers to ensure designs align with project specifications and safety standards Revise and update drawings based on engineering feedback or site changes Conduct site visits to gather data and verify existing conditions Calculate dimensions, pressure ratings, and flow rates for piping layouts Ensure all designs comply with relevant industry codes and standards (e.g., ASME, ANSI, API).
