Job Description

1.

Prepare and review process engineering documents including PFDs, P&IDs, mass & heat balance, process descriptions, and equipment datasheets.

Develop conceptual, basic, and detailed engineering packages for formulation, sterile, API, and biotech facilities.

. Perform sizing and selection of reactors, distillation units, mixers, filtration systems, heat transfer equipment, and clean utility systems

Ensure that designs incorporate cGMP principles, equipment hygiene requirements, and regulatory standards (USFDA, EU, MHRA, WHO).

Design utility and process piping systems (WFI, purified water, clean steam, compressed air, etc.) as per ASME B31.3 and relevant standards.

6.Collaborate with layout, HVAC, utility, electrical, and automation teams to ensure coordinated engineering.

7.Participate in vendor evaluation, technical bid analysis, and preparation of technical specifications.

8.Provide process inputs during procurement, construction, commissioning, and qualification (FAT, SAT, IQ/OQ).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
