Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Maintenance and Repair:

Performing routine and emergency maintenance on pneumatic systems, including identifying and repairing leaks, corrosion, and other defects.

Troubleshooting:

Diagnosing and resolving issues with pneumatic equipment, using specialized tools and techniques.

Inspections:

Conducting regular inspections of pneumatic systems and components using visual checks, specialized tools, and leak detection equipment.

Preventative Maintenance:

Implementing preventative maintenance plans and schedules to ensure the reliability and longevity of pneumatic systems.

System Operation:

Operating and maintaining pneumatic equipment, including valves, actuators, and control systems, in a safe and efficient manner.

Documentation:

Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs, as well as adhering to regulatory requirements.

Safety Compliance:

Adhering to all safety procedures and regulations related to pneumatic systems, including lockout/tagout, pressure release, and confined space entry.

Collaboration:

Working with other technicians, engineers, and supervisors to coordinate maintenance activities and resolve issues.

Emergency Response:

Responding to emergency situations, such as leaks or equipment failures, and taking appropriate corrective actions.
