Perform production duties on a 2/2 shift rotation*: Day shift: 08:00-20:00
Night shift: 20:00-08:00
(11 hours paid + 1 hour rest), with 2 days off every cycle, in compliance with labour regulations.
2. Production Duties
Operate equipment and tools required for straightening and related production tasks.
Ensure products meet quality and measurement standards (width, length, weight).
Maintain a safe and organized work area in accordance with plant protocols.
3. Overtime & Additional Work
Work additional hours or overtime when required, in compliance with Company standards and the RF Labour Code.
Complete duties responsibly and report issues or delays to supervision.
4. Food & Breaks
Prepare own meals using provided food allowance.
Optionally purchase lunch in the Company canteen during work shifts using food compensation.
5. Accommodation & Conduct
Maintain accommodation provided by the Company (hostel/apartment).
Adhere to rules prohibiting alcohol and narcotics on Company premises including workplace and residence.
6. Transportation
Walk to/from the workplace -- accommodation is within walking distance.
Compensation & Benefits:
o Monthly Salary:
RUB 60,000 net + RUB 10,000 food compensation, paid twice monthly according to days worked.
o Probation Period:
3 months from date of contract signing.
o Insurance:
Employer-paid Voluntary Medical Insurance (VMI) including life insurance and repatriation coverage as per Russian labour law.
o Travel Costs:
Employer covers flight from home country to Russia and return flight upon successful completion of contract.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Completed secondary education (high school or college).
Proof of education documents.
Basic English communication skills (oral & written).
Ability to understand and distinguish product dimensions and weight.
Familiarity with basic units of measure: meter, kilogram, hour, minute.
Prior experience in similar production/straightening roles is essential.
Work Environment:
Work is performed indoors in production workshops of the plant facility located at:
Sverdlovsk Region, Pervouralsk, Klientskiy passage bld. 1.
