We are looking for an experienced Pinterest Media Buyer to join our marketing team. You'll be working closely with our Chief Marketing Officer to own and execute our Pinterest advertising strategy. We are looking for a Pinterest Media Buyer
who can take full ownership of Pinterest as a growth channel. The challenge is to manage large-scale budgets, master catalog campaigns, and balance creative strategy with data-driven optimization to turn Pinterest into a consistent revenue driver for our e-commerce brand.
Early Success Milestones for this role
Take full ownership of Pinterest campaigns (with emphasis on catalog campaigns).
Manage and scale ad budgets of EUR100k+/month efficiently.
Increase revenue from Pinterest by at least 20% profitably.
Provide actionable insights and clear recommendations for long-term Pinterest growth.

You have at least 2+ years of hands-on experience with Pinterest media buying.
You have 1+ year of proven experience running catalog campaigns.
You have demonstrated success in managing ad budgets of at least EUR100,000/month (the higher, the better).
You have proven ability to manage and optimize Pinterest advertising campaigns end-to-end.
You have experience developing, testing, and implementing advertising strategies to maximize ROI.
You have ability to take full ownership of Pinterest marketing initiatives, including catalog campaigns.
You have strong skills in monitoring performance metrics, analyzing data, and providing actionable insights.
You have experience collaborating with marketing teams to ensure campaigns align with broader business goals.
You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills; data-driven mindset.
