Job description

1. Attend to the emergency assigned by EROs as per the defined process. 2. Ownership of the vehicle. 3. Calling the operations executive for attendance updating. 4. Demonstrating ambulance to enhance the awareness about JAES Group. 5. Strengthening the interface with the Local Private and Public hospitals. 6. Enabling Scheduled service. 7. Filling the fuel periodically and maintaining and handing over the bills to Fleet executive. 8. Regular maintenance of the vehicle (Up-keeping of the ambulance). 9. Maintenance of records. 10. Updating daily fleet operations data to the fleet executive for records and report generation. 11. Fleet inventory management.(Spare parts, lubricants related to vehicle) 12. Appropriate escalations in case of any incidents ( Like accident, breakdown etc) 13. To cooperate with visitors or audit teams. 14. Custodian for vehicle statutory documents. 15. Using the stretcher while handling patient is mutual responsibility of EMT and Pilot.
