Job Description

Experience Required:

Minimum

2-5 years

experience in

bored cast-in-situ pile drilling

work using rotary rigs. Hands-on knowledge of

bentonite slurry

,

tremie concreting

, and

pile cage installation

.

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor

pile drilling operations

(depth, alignment, bore stability). Coordinate with

rig operators, helpers, and concrete team

during execution. Ensure

bentonite density, viscosity

, and other QC parameters are within limits. Record daily pile details - depth, diameter, strata, concrete quantity, and rig number. Check

reinforcement cage

dimensions, cover blocks, and centralizers before lowering. Coordinate with

Quality and Survey teams

for layout and testing. Maintain site safety and housekeeping around piling area. Assist in

integrity and load testing

of piles when required.

Technical Skills Preferred:

Knowledge of

IS 2911 (Part-1, Sec-2)

- Bored cast-in-situ piles. Able to read and understand

pile layout drawings

. Familiar with

pile log sheet

,

slurry testing

, and

cube sampling

. Basic understanding of

rotary rig operation

and

tremie concreting

sequence.

Qualification:

Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering. Candidates with

metro, bridge, or building foundation piling

experience preferred.
