Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct Pilates training sessions in both group and personal formats.
Ensure correct form, posture, and breathing techniques for participants.
Provide modifications and progressions to suit different fitness levels.
Build a positive, engaging, and safe environment for members.
Guide members on injury prevention, recovery support, and body alignment.
Maintain high energy and motivation during sessions to enhance member experience.
Stay updated with the latest fitness & Pilates techniques.
Track member progress and provide personalized feedback.
Key Requirements
Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
Background in fitness training (Any Fitness Background).
Enthusiastic, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work in split shifts and adapt to flexible schedules.
Passion for fitness, health, and helping people achieve their goals.
Salary: Up to 6 LPA plus incentive and other benefits.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
