Industry: Chemical/Pigmentation/Paint/Dyes

Designation: Shift Incharge-Production

Location: Alwar, Rajasthan, India

Qualification: Graduation in Paint Technology/chemical Engineer/BSc in paint technology or similar

Experience: 5-7 years of experience in Pigmentation production/trouble shooting specifically the green colour

Salary range: 50k (negotiable)

Languages known: Hindi & English

Key competences: Operation and Manpower handing



1. Must have experience and good knowledge in Chlorination, organic pigments/green pigments/ organic chemicals.

2. Must handle plant operations with manpower.

3. Achieve production target with present operating efficiency.

4. Must produce quality products.

5. Handle and maintain the safe operation.

6. Training the sub-ordinates and upgrade their skills.

7. Reviewing the process and operating system and take steps to de-bottle-neck actions as applicable.

8. Take care of total preventive maintenance activities to avoid down time of machines.

9. Able to work in all applicable shifts.

10.Having experience as chemist in pigmentation (green)/phthalocyanine would be preferred.
