Job Summary

The Picker/Packer is responsible for accurately selecting items from inventory, preparing orders for shipment, and ensuring all products are packed securely and labeled correctly. This role plays a key part in maintaining efficient warehouse operations and delivering high-quality service to customers.

Key Responsibilities

Pick

items from shelves or storage locations according to order lists or pick sheets

Pack

products securely using appropriate packaging materials

Label

packages accurately with shipping information and barcodes

Inspect

items for damage or defects before packing

Maintain

a clean and organized work area

Operate

warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, carts, or scanners (if required)

Track and update

inventory records using handheld scanners or warehouse systems

Follow

safety procedures and company guidelines at all times Assist in

loading/unloading shipments

as needed Support general warehouse duties such as restocking, sorting, or quality checks

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience (a plus but not required) Ability to lift

20-50 lbs

regularly Good attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work on your feet for extended periods Basic reading, writing, and math skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliability and strong work ethic

Work Environment
