Job Description

Job Summary:

As a picker, you'll be responsible for accurately locating, picking, and consumables as per prescriptions, customer orders, or store requirements. The role ensures timely and error-free supply of medicines while maintaining proper storage, stock rotation, and compliance with pharmacy standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Pack and label orders neatly and securely to avoid damages. Assist in daily stock arrangements and shelf replenishment. Report stock shortages, damages, or near-expiry items to the supervisor. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for medicine handling. Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the picking/storage area. Comply with pharmacy guidelines, safety standards, and company policies. Coordinate with pharmacists, packers, and delivery staff for smooth order flow. Assist in periodic stock audits and physical verification. Support in unloading, arranging, and storing received goods.
