Key Responsibilities:

Picking:

Select fresh flowers from inventory based on daily orders and quality standards. Ensure correct flower types, quantities, and colors are picked for each order. Handle flowers delicately to maintain freshness and prevent damage.

Packing:

Trim, wrap, and pack flowers according to order requirements and company packaging standards. Label and tag each order accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packing area. Prepare packed flowers for dispatch or delivery.

Skills & Requirements:

Minimum 10th pass or equivalent qualification. Prior experience in flower handling, warehouse, or packaging roles preferred (freshers can apply). Attention to detail and ability to work quickly without compromising quality. Basic understanding of flower varieties is an added advantage. Ability to work in a cool, fast-paced environment. Team player with a positive attitude and good communication skills.
