Job Description
Job Summary:
The Picker is responsible for accurately selecting, scanning, and preparing items for dispatch as per the order list. The role requires attention to detail, speed, and adherence to company safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Pick items as per order list or system-generated picking list. Ensure accuracy in item code, quantity, and quality before packing. Place picked items in the designated area for dispatch or packing. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the picking area. Follow safety procedures while handling materials. Assist in inventory counting and stock verification. Report any discrepancies, damages, or missing items to the supervisor.
