Picker cum Loader

Location: [e.g. Gurugram Warehouse - Caterpuri Road, Bijwasan, New Delhi 110061] Department: Warehouse Operations Reports To: Warehouse Supervisor

Job Purpose

: To ensure accurate picking, loading, and movement of goods within the warehouse while maintaining safety and efficiency standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick items as per order sheets or system-generated lists. Ensure accuracy in quantity and product type while picking. Load and unload materials from vehicles manually or using basic equipment. Assist in stacking, organizing, and labeling stock within the warehouse. Need a picker/Packer with basic knowledge of computers Proper inward/outward of material Perform basic checks for packaging damage or quality concerns. Coordinate with supervisors for daily dispatch targets. Follow safety protocols and maintain the cleanliness of the warehouse area. Support inventory audits and stock rotation as directed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum education: 10th pass (preferred) Prior warehouse or logistics experience is desirable but not mandatory Physically fit and capable of lifting moderate weights Basic understanding of handling materials and labels Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment Hindi communication required; basic English skills are an advantage

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
