Responsibilities in Picking
Order selection Retrieve items from shelves or storage based on customer orders.

Use of equipment Operate scanners, carts, or forklifts to move goods.
Speed and efficiency Meet daily targets while minimizing errors.

Quality inspection Ensure items are undamaged and meet order requirements.
Packaging preparation Select appropriate boxes, wrapping, and protective material.
Labeling Attach shipping labels, barcodes, and documentation correctly.
Sealing and securing Pack items safely to prevent damage during transit.
Final checks Confirm order completeness before dispatch.
