Job Description

Pick, check and verify orders received from Amazon, Flipkart and other marketplaces for dispatch.

Pack products safely and securely using appropriate packing materials (boxes, bubble wrap, tape, labels) so as to prevent damage during transit.

Print and attach shipping labels, courier way-bills, marketplace shipment labels and other required documentation.

Prepare parcels for dispatch: ensure correct items, quantity, condition, correct SKU, correct packaging orientation.

Coordinate with courier / logistics partners: schedule pickups, ensure parcels are handed over on time, follow up on tracking, resolve dispatch issues.

Maintain accurate daily dispatch records: number of parcels sent, courier partner name, AWB numbers, date/time, any exceptions.

Monitor stock of packing materials (boxes, tapes, labels, fillers) and raise requisitions for replenishment in advance.

Work collaboratively with warehouse/store team, and operations team, to streamline order-flow, escalate delays or issues, and ensure timely dispatch for marketplace SLA compliance.

Handle urgent or priority shipments when required, respond to last-minute changes or returns to dispatch.

Updating system records (Tally / Excel) about shipments.
