Position Summary:

We are seeking a versatile, passionate, and experienced Music Tutor to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in both

Piano and Guitar

instruction, with a genuine desire to inspire students across various instruments and age groups. The ability to teach

vocals

will be considered a significant advantage. You will primarily conduct classes at student homes and residential society clubhouses in the NIBM and NIBM Undri areas of Pune.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and structured lessons for both

Piano and Guitar

to students of varying ages and skill levels (beginners to intermediate). Develop customized lesson plans that cater to individual student goals and learning styles for each instrument. Teach fundamental music theory, rhythm, sight-reading, and proper technique applicable to both piano and guitar. Prepare students for performances, exams, and personal musical goals.

If proficient in vocals:

Provide basic to intermediate vocal instruction, including technique, breath control, and repertoire, either standalone or accompanying on an instrument. Maintain open communication with students and parents regarding progress. Manage scheduling and attendance for assigned students. Represent Curlys Music Academy professionally and enthusiastically.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of proven experience teaching

both Piano and Guitar

(private lessons or group classes). Freshers with strong musical backgrounds and teaching aptitude are encouraged to apply for internship positions.

Musical Proficiency:

Strong practical and theoretical knowledge of both Piano and Guitar.

Teaching Skills:

Excellent communication, patience, and the ability to make learning fun and accessible across different instruments.

Vocal Skills (Cherry on the Cake):

Demonstrated ability and experience in teaching vocals (e.g., Indian Classical, Western Contemporary) is a significant plus and highly valued.

Reliability :

Punctual, organized, and committed to student development.

Location and traveling:

Residing in or willing to travel to the NIBM & NIBM Undri areas of Pune.
