Could you be the full-time Product Introduction (PI) Field Engineer in [LOCATION] we're looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your technical expertise in a cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside collaborative and dynamic teammates.



You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless introduction of Alstom products into the field, driving technical excellence and customer satisfaction. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business, including the Product Introduction (PI) team, Quality team, and Maintenance/Service team, while also engaging with external suppliers and customer site teams to deliver best-in-class solutions.



You'll specifically take care of diagnosing and resolving technical issues, as well as ensuring the reliability and availability of Alstom products, but also provide feedback on technical documentation and support the implementation of field modifications.



We'll look to you for:


Supporting technical activities on Alstom products during the PI period, including commissioning, warranty, and validation phases Diagnosing and troubleshooting operational equipment malfunctions Providing technical guidance and support to technicians Driving Kx (8D) issues with quality teams and suppliers Ensuring the completeness and quality of failure management data for RAMS exploitation Supporting technical reviews with internal and external stakeholders
