Physiotherapist Supervisor

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification:

MPT (Master of Physiotherapy) from a recognized institution

Experience:

Minimum

5 years of clinical experience

post-MPT Strong supervisory and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate the physiotherapy department's clinical operations Supervise treatment plans and ensure evidence-based practice Train, mentor, and evaluate junior physiotherapists Collaborate with consultants, surgeons, and nursing teams for integrated patient care Maintain department documentation, audits, and quality standards

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
