for a Physiotherapist Assistant (Home Therapy Visits)

Department: Home Health Care / Physiotherapy Services

Reports To:Registered Physiotherapist / Clinical Supervisor

Location: Noida Sector-62

The Physiotherapist Assistant (PTA) - Home Therapy Visits is responsible for supporting registered physiotherapists by delivering prescribed rehabilitation exercises and therapies to patients in their homes. The PTA plays a vital role in helping patients regain mobility and independence in a safe, supportive home environment

Key Responsibilities:

Visit patients' homes as scheduled to assist with physiotherapy sessions prescribed by a licensed physiotherapist.
Guide patients through mobility exercises, stretches, and rehabilitation routines.
Monitor and report on patient progress, comfort, and concerns to the supervising physiotherapist.
Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and the safe use of assistive devices.
Ensure safety during sessions, including proper lifting and mobility techniques.
Maintain accurate treatment records, visit logs, and documentation.
Set up and maintain equipment during home visits.
Promote independence and motivation in patients while ensuring compliance with treatment plans.
Follow health and safety protocols, infection control procedures, and patient confidentiality guidelines.
Qualifications:

qualification in BPT/MPT

Strong observation and communication skills.

Physically fit and able to assist with patient mobility.
