Job Description

Assess patients' physical abilities through evaluative procedures and determine realistic rehabilitation goals. Design and implement individualized treatment plans using exercises, manual therapy, and modalities such as ultrasound, heat, or electrical stimulation. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed. Educate patients and their families about ongoing care, exercises, and use of mobility aids. Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare team members to plan patient care. Maintain accurate and timely patient records and reports. Ensure adherence to hospital policies and safety standards. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case discussions. Train and guide junior staff or interns, if applicable. Promote awareness about physical therapy through patient education sessions or hospital events.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT). Valid registration with the state physiotherapy council. Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred (fresher may be considered). Good interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a team. Knowledge of physiotherapy equipment and safety protocols.
