Job Summary


?The Paediatric Physiotherapist is responsible for providing high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of infants, children, and adolescents (typically 0-18 years) with a wide range of congenital, developmental, neuromuscular, skeletal, and acquired disorders. This role involves working closely with families, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team to maximize the child's functional independence, participation, and quality of life.

Clinical Duties


Conduct comprehensive, age-appropriate, and culturally sensitive assessments using standardized and non-standardized tools.

?Develop, implement, and continually evaluate individualized intervention programs (IIPs) based on clinical findings, child goals, and family needs.

?Provide a range of therapeutic techniques, including but not limited to, neuro-developmental treatment (NDT), manual therapy, motor learning, play-based therapy, and therapeutic exercise.

?Provide education and training to parents, caregivers, and school staff on therapeutic techniques, handling, and activity modifications.

Qualifications and Experience


?Essential Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.

Experience

: 0 to 2 year dedicated to working in a paediatric setting.
