Key Responsibilities:
Support clients in
rehabilitation and recovery
from injuries and physical conditions
Develop
personalized exercise programs
to improve strength, flexibility, and mobility
Conduct
1-on-1 physiotherapy sessions
and group rehabilitation or fitness classes
Assist clients with goal setting, motivation, and ongoing progress tracking
Designcustomized exercise and meal plans to promote long-term health and balance
Lead sessions in
strength & conditioning

Ensure
safe exercise techniques

proper body alignment
during all sessions
