Job Title: Physiotherapist

Key Responsibilities:

Assess patients' physical condition and develop appropriate treatment plans. Provide physiotherapy interventions such as exercises, manual therapy, electrotherapy, and rehabilitation techniques. Support patients with post-operative recovery, stroke rehabilitation, orthopedic, neurological, and pediatric conditions. Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise plans and preventive care. Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment accordingly. Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams for holistic care. Maintain equipment and ensure a safe treatment environment. Participate in health camps, awareness programs, and hospital initiatives. Ensure compliance with hospital policies, NABH standards, and patient safety guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT). Registered with State Physiotherapy Council (where applicable). 0-2 years (Junior) / 3+ years (Senior) clinical experience. Strong knowledge of physiotherapy techniques, rehabilitation methods, and equipment. Good communication and interpersonal skills for patient counseling. Compassionate, patient-centered approach.
