Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate physiotherapist to join our company. As a physiotherapist, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, planning, and implementing individualized treatment programs. Your expertise will help clients regain functional movement, reduce pain, and improve their overall quality of life. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of human anatomy and physiology, and a passion for helping clients achieve their goals.

Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive assessments of clients physical conditions, including medical history, functional limitations, and range of motion measurements. Diagnose and develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and professional judgment. Implement therapeutic interventions, such as manual therapy, exercise programs, electrotherapy, and other modalities to alleviate pain, improve mobility, and promote functional independence. Monitor and evaluate clients' progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. Collaborate with other professionals, including Yoga gurus and Nutritionists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated client's care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of clients assessments, treatment plan and progress notes. Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in physiotherapy, integrating evidence-based practices into clinical decision-making. Adhere to ethical and legal standards, maintaining client's confidentiality and providing care within the scope of practice. Participate in professional development activities, including continuing education, workshops, and conferences to enhance knowledge and skills.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution. Valid license or registration to practice as a physiotherapist in the relevant jurisdiction. Proven experience in assessing and treating clients with a wide range of physical conditions and injuries. Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics. Excellent clinical reasoning and decision-making skills. Proficient in using assessment tools, therapeutic equipment, and modalities commonly used in physiotherapy. Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team and communicate collaboratively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients of all ages and backgrounds. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to prioritize and manage a diverse caseload. Commitment to professional growth and staying updated with the latest research and best practices in physiotherapy.
