Position Overview
We are hiring a compassionate and skilled Physiotherapist (MPT - Cardio-Pulmonary) to join our Tele-Rehab team. The ideal candidate should be experienced in cardio-pulmonary rehabilitation and fluent in Tamil/Malayalam, English, and Hindi. This role involves delivering remote physiotherapy support and contributing to patient recovery through technology-driven care.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct virtual physiotherapy consultations and assessments for cardio-pulmonary patients.
Develop customized treatment and rehabilitation plans.
Educate patients on exercises, breathing techniques, and lifestyle changes.
Track, monitor, and document patient progress through the Tele-Rehab platform.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records.
Collaborate with cross-functional healthcare teams for holistic patient care.
Deliver therapy sessions in Tamil/Malayalam, English, and Hindi to support diverse patient needs.
Follow Tele-Rehab protocols and organizational standards.
Requirements
Master's in Physiotherapy (MPT - Cardio-Pulmonary).
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in a pulmonary/respiratory care setting.
Mandatory fluency in Tamil/Malayalam, English, and Hindi.
Strong communication and patient-handling skills.
Comfortable using digital tools and telehealth platforms.
Empathetic, ethical, and patient-centric approach.
Work Schedule & Compensation
Shift Timing:
8:00 AM - 8:00 PM (Rotational shifts)
Working Days:
Monday to Saturday
Weekly Off:
Sunday
Salary Range:
?12,000 - ?15,000 gross per month (Negotiable based on experience)
