Position Overview
We are looking for a qualified and empathetic
Physiotherapist (MPT - Cardio-Pulmonary)
with strong communication skills to join our Tele-Rehab team.
The ideal candidate should be passionate about digital healthcare, experienced in cardio-pulmonary rehab, and fluent in
Marathi, English, and Hindi
.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct virtual physiotherapy consultations and cardio-pulmonary assessments.
Develop personalized treatment and rehab plans using the Tele-Rehab platform.
Educate patients on exercises, breathing techniques, and lifestyle modifications.
Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team for integrated patient management.
Provide therapy sessions in
Marathi, English, and Hindi
to ensure patient comfort.
Follow all protocols and standards of WYH's Tele-Rehab model.
Requirements
Master's degree in Physiotherapy (MPT - Cardio-Pulmonary).
Minimum
2 years of clinical experience
in a pulmonary department.
Fluency in Marathi, English, and Hindi is mandatory.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital patient-care tools.
Compassionate, ethical, and patient-focused approach.
Work Schedule & Compensation
Shift Timings:
9:30 AM - 6:30 PM (Rotational shifts)
Working Days:
Monday to Saturday
Sunday - Fixed weekly off
Salary Range:
?22,000 - ?27,000 gross per month
(Negotiable based on experience and skillset)
