Qualification: MPT / BPT
Salary: up to INR 35,000/-

Roles & Responsibilities:
Should be comfortable with Home Visits and Travelling
Diagnose and assess the condition of the patient with accuracy using standardized outcome measures.
Use of the Company\'s Application in various conditions for assessment & therapy, wherever applicable.
Develop and customize treatment programs to delay the progression of a disease, and maintain, improve or restore function and contemporary treatment approaches.
Deliver patient care services in clinics, hospitals, home care or via telemedicine based on the business requirements and patient condition.
Monitor, review and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and feedback.
Regular follow-up with patients to encourage compliance with the treatment protocol for desirable outcomes.
Patient Education and Support
To give appropriate guidance on the condition and expected outcomes to the patient and family based on current evidence.
Educate the patient & family
Documentation and Reporting
Document patient case notes and clinical reports within the stipulated timelines
Maintain operations data and provide relevant information to the MIS team, in the prescribed format.
Collect feedback and testimonials from patients after obtaining necessary consent.
Professional Development
Participate in study, research & Case Presentation
Stay updated on the latest advancements in physiotherapy practice.
Immediate - 15-day joiners will be preferred.
