We are seeking a qualified and dynamic Physiotherapist with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) degree. The Physiotherapist will work under the supervision of a Medical Officer and will support individuals in overcoming the effects of decreased functioning caused by illness, ageing, or accidents.
Key Responsibilities:
Support individuals in overcoming the effects of decreased functioning due to illness, ageing, or accidents.
Prevent, identify, assess, treat, and rehabilitate individuals when their movement and function are threatened or affected by ageing, injury, diseases, conditions, or environmental factors.
Provide education to patients regarding their condition.
Implement therapeutic exercises.
Conduct functional training in self-care, home management, work, community activities, and leisure.
Utilise manual therapy techniques, including mobilization and manipulation.
Prescribe, apply, and fabricate assistive, adaptive, orthotic, protective, supportive, and prosthetic devices/equipment.
