Centre Management: ? Oversee day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring smooth functioning and high standards of service delivery. ? Manage the centre's budget, ensuring cost-effective operations and adherence to financial targets. ? Monitor and analyze performance metrics, including patient satisfaction, treatment outcomes, and revenue generation. ? Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards. 2. Team Leadership: ? Lead, mentor, and manage a team of physiotherapists, administrative staff, and other healthcare professionals. ? Conduct regular training and development programs to enhance team skills and knowledge. ? Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, professional growth, and high morale. 3. Patient Care: ? Ensure that patients receive the highest level of care and that their treatment plans are executed effectively. ? Address any patient concerns or complaints promptly and professionally. ? Work closely with the clinical team to develop and implement new treatment protocols and services. 4. Business Development: ? Drive patient acquisition and retention strategies to meet the centre's growth targets. ?
