Job Description

Formulate individualized treatment plans based on patient diagnosis, assessment, and goals.

? Administer manual therapy techniques, including complex mobilization methods, to restore function and reduce pain.

? Guide and assist trauma and post-surgical patients in regaining mobility and functional independence.

? Educate patients and caregivers on injury prevention, lifestyle modifications, and home exercise programs.

? Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatments, and patient progress.

? Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

? Stay updated with the latest developments and practices in physiotherapy.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Patient Recovery Rate

? Percentage of patients meeting treatment goals within the expected timeframe.

Patient Satisfaction Score

? Feedback and ratings from patients regarding quality of care and communication.

Treatment Plan Adherence

? Consistency in following and updating prescribed treatment protocols.

Session Utilization Rate

? Ratio of actual patient sessions completed vs. scheduled appointments.

Documentation Accuracy

? Timely and complete record-keeping of treatment sessions and progress reports.
