Divine Grace Hospital is seeking a skilled and compassionate

Experienced Physiotherapist

to join our multidisciplinary team in KR Puram. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical rehabilitation, a patient-centered approach, and a passion for improving patients' quality of life. You will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and administering customized physiotherapy treatments for a wide range of musculoskeletal, neurological, and post-surgical conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed assessments of patients' physical conditions and medical histories Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Use a variety of techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and electrotherapy Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and lifestyle modifications Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Ensure adherence to hospital protocols and safety standards

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT) Valid registration with a recognized physiotherapy council Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in a hospital or rehabilitation center Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in treating orthopedic, neurological, and post-operative cases

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with advanced physiotherapy equipment Certification in manual therapy, dry needling, or neuro-rehabilitation (desirable) Fluent in English and Kannada (preferred)
