Job Description

Patient Assessment:

Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions, including medical history, physical examination, and functional evaluation. Utilize standardized assessment tools and techniques to accurately diagnose and evaluate patient needs. Interpret assessment findings and develop appropriate treatment plans.

Treatment Planning and Implementation:

Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, goals, and evidence-based practice. Implement a variety of physiotherapy interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, electrotherapy, and patient education. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

Patient Education and Counseling:

Educate patients about their conditions, treatment plans, and self-management strategies. Provide guidance on exercise programs, posture correction, and injury prevention. Counsel patients on lifestyle modifications to promote optimal health and well-being.

Documentation and Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including assessment findings, treatment plans, and progress notes. Adhere to all clinic policies and procedures regarding documentation and confidentiality.
