Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assess patient physical conditions through evaluation and diagnostic procedures. Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient condition and diagnosis. Provide physiotherapy treatments such as manual therapy, exercises, electrotherapy, ultrasound, and other modalities. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed. Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility techniques, and rehabilitation goals. Collaborate with doctors, orthopedic surgeons, neurologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care. Maintain accurate patient records, reports, and documentation of progress. Ensure the proper use and cleanliness of physiotherapy equipment and treatment area. Assist in handling patient emergencies and provide first-line support during treatment. Counsel patients regarding posture correction, injury prevention, and lifestyle changes. Support the department with case reviews, internal meetings, and training programs. Participate in workshops, CME programs, or in-house training to enhance skills and knowledge.
