Key Responsibilities

1. Fitness & Physiotherapy Assessments and Program Planning

You will conduct posture, mobility, strength, flexibility, and cardio assessments, identify musculoskeletal concerns, and design safe, personalized programs. This includes creating individualized slimming and therapeutic routines using bands, dumbbells, steppers, physio balls, and integrating DNA-based fitness insights.

2. Exercise Sessions, Client Support & Device-Assisted Therapy

Lead both individual and group fitness sessions, guide clients throughout their wellness journey, use advanced wellness devices for assisted therapy (no cross-gender application), and support clients during progress or weight plateaus with professional guidance.

3. Equipment Handling, Safety & Maintenance

Ensure correct and safe use of therapeutic tools, pads, and equipment, while monitoring calibration and maintenance schedules to maintain high standards of client safety.

4. Multidisciplinary Coordination, Client Experience & Learning

Collaborate with dietitians and wellness professionals to deliver integrated programs, maintain excellent client experience, hygiene, and soft skills, conduct demonstrations, promote wellness products, educate clients on relaxation techniques, and actively engage in continuous learning through meetings and training.
