Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated

Physiotherapist

to join our Poorvam care team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of hands-on experience in evaluating, planning, and administering physiotherapy treatments for patients across various conditions including orthopedic, neurological, and musculoskeletal disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct physical assessments of patients to evaluate movement dysfunction. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on clinical findings. Administer therapies including exercises, manual therapy, electrotherapy, and rehabilitation techniques. Guide and motivate patients to adhere to treatment plans and make lifestyle changes. Monitor and document patient progress regularly. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other medical staff to optimize patient care. Educate patients and caregivers on at-home exercises and post-treatment care. Maintain up-to-date patient records and comply with clinic protocols and ethical standards.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT). Registered with a recognized physiotherapy council or board. Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience. Basic understanding of treatment equipment and modalities. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Empathetic and patient-focused approach.

Preferred Skills:

Exposure to Therapy Centre is a plus. Ability to manage time effectively and handle a varied caseload. Willingness to work Independently.
