Responsibilities:
Support validation of new orthosis/splint concepts (wrist, ankle, finger)
Conduct patient/pilot trials and collect structured feedback
Advise on ergonomic and functional improvements
Coordinate with clinics and surgeons for device use-cases
Assist in basic regulatory documentation (clinical need validation)
Ideal Candidate:
BPT/MPT physiotherapist with rehab experience
Clinical exposure to fracture care/post-op orthotic use
Interest in medical devices/innovation is a strong plus

Retainer + per-case incentive (flexible)
