Job Description

To be responsible for assessment, development and implementation of individualised treatment plans that are patient centred and in line with best practice. \xc2\xb7 To participate in the multi-disciplinary team approach for the management of patients. \xc2\xb7 To provide and audit a physiotherapy service to out-patients and in-patients as required. \xc2\xb7 To liaise and co-operate with the Senior Physiotherapist and Physiotherapy Manager regarding clinical issues and ensure effective communication and reporting. \xc2\xb7 To ensure the rights and dignity of the patient are respected. \xc2\xb7 To record and maintain accurate clinical data and documentation as per departmental guidelines and in accordance with professional standards. \xc2\xb7 To communicate effectively with all departments within the Hospital and with external bodies, maintaining a high standard of customer care at all times. \xc2\xb7 To attend regular team meetings as required. \xc2\xb7 To participate in any organisational restructuring as required. \xc2\xb7 To perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Physiotherapy Manager or the Senior Physiotherapist in the area of care. License/Certification:
