Assess patients and create individualized treatment plans.
Provide manual therapy, electrotherapy, exercise therapy, and rehabilitation.
Offer chest physiotherapy and mobilization in ICU.
Monitor progress and maintain treatment records.
Educate patients/families on exercises and post-discharge care.
Coordinate with doctors and nursing teams.
Ensure equipment care and support NABH documentation.
