Key Responsibilities:
Assess and evaluate patients' physical conditions and medical history to create personalized treatment plans.
Provide hands-on physiotherapy treatments for a variety of conditions, including musculoskeletal, neurological, and post-surgical rehabilitation.
Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, exercises, and rehabilitation techniques.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly to achieve optimal outcomes.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Maintain accurate patient records, progress notes, and treatment documentation in compliance with clinic policies.
Promote the clinic's services and provide exceptional customer service to patients.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
Valid physiotherapy license to practice in Kerala.
Previous experience in homecare physiotherapy or related fields is preferred.
Freshers can also apply.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
