We are seeking a dedicated and skilled

Senior Physiotherapist (Female)

to join our Rehabilitation and Physiotherapy Department. The ideal candidate should have

2-3 years of proven hospital-based experience

and strong leadership qualities to guide and supervise a team of physiotherapists. The role involves planning, implementing, and monitoring patient care programs, ensuring quality outcomes, and fostering professional growth within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive physiotherapy assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation plans for patients. Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of physiotherapists to ensure quality patient care. Coordinate with consultants, doctors, and nursing staff for integrated patient management. Develop individualized therapy programs tailored to patient needs and conditions. Ensure adherence to hospital policies, clinical protocols, and patient safety guidelines. Conduct training sessions and workshops for junior staff to enhance skill levels. Maintain accurate patient records and contribute to quality improvement initiatives. Stay updated with the latest physiotherapy practices, techniques, and technologies.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT). Minimum

2-3 years of hospital-based experience

in physiotherapy practice. Strong clinical knowledge across specialties (orthopedic, neurology, cardiopulmonary, post-operative rehabilitation, etc.). Demonstrated ability to handle a team and lead departmental operations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Empathy, patience, and a strong commitment to patient care.
