Lucknow Endocrine Diabetes & Thyroid Clinic (LEDTC) is looking for a

Physiotherapist / Exercise Specialist

to join our

Comprehensive Obesity & Metabolic Care Program

.

This role focuses on

functional assessment, exercise prescription, and patient education

for individuals with obesity, diabetes, PCOS, and related metabolic conditions.
This is

not a conventional physiotherapy OPD role

and does not involve electrotherapy modalities or high-volume musculoskeletal pain management.

Key Responsibilities

Perform

functional and movement assessments

for patients with obesity, diabetes, PCOS, and limited mobility Design

individualised exercise plans

based on patient capacity, comorbidities, and medical guidance Demonstrate safe, joint-friendly exercises using: Treadmill (walking-based) Stationary cycle with cross-trainer handles Light resistance / home-gym exercises Educate patients on: Correct posture and technique Exercise intensity and progression Home-based exercise routines Maintain concise documentation and coordinate with the treating endocrinologist Assist in patient education initiatives and lifestyle programs (optional)

What This Role Does NOT Involve

No electrotherapy modalities (IFT, SWD, ultrasound, traction) No gym-style training or personal training No independent billing or revenue targets No home visits (unless specifically planned)
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
