We are seeking a passionate

Physiotherapist

to join our multidisciplinary team and support our clients in improving

mobility, posture, pain management, and functional health

, complementing their nutrition and wellness plans.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct

initial assessments

of clients to identify musculoskeletal issues, mobility limitations, postural concerns, and pain areas. Develop

personalized physiotherapy programs

aligned with clients' health goals, age, and lifestyle. Guide clients in

exercises, stretching routines, and postural correction techniques

, both in-person and via digital consultations. Collaborate closely with

nutritionists, wellness coaches, and other health professionals

to provide holistic care. Monitor client progress, document sessions, and

adjust therapy plans

based on results and feedback. Educate clients on

preventive care, ergonomics, and lifestyle modifications

to enhance long-term mobility and prevent injuries. Stay updated with

latest physiotherapy practices, research, and techniques

, and incorporate evidence-based approaches in treatment. Ensure

high standards of hygiene, safety, and client confidentiality

at all times.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in

Physiotherapy (BPT / MPT)

from a recognized institution.

Experience in musculoskeletal, sports, or rehabilitation physiotherapy

preferred (minimum 1-2 years for senior roles). Strong knowledge of

human anatomy, exercise therapy, manual therapy, and electrotherapy techniques

. Excellent

communication and interpersonal skills

to motivate and guide clients. Passion for

holistic health, preventive care, and wellness education

. Ability to work in a

dynamic, startup environment

, adapt to new tools, and collaborate across teams.

Skills

Experience with

tele-rehabilitation or online physiotherapy sessions

. Knowledge of

sports injury management

or

chronic pain programs

. Awareness of

nutrition and its interaction with musculoskeletal health

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
