Job Description

We are looking for an empathetic and driven physiotherapist to communicate with potential clients via calls and emails, assess their mobility needs, and recommend suitable assistive robotic devices. The role involves patient evaluations, in-person training sessions at clinics and centers, and collaboration with engineering teams to enhance product design. Travel for onsite assessments and installations is required.

The key responsibilities are:

Communicate on calls and emails directly with potential clients (inbound leads, referrals, and website inquiries) to understand their mobility challenges and relevant medical background Evaluate patient medical records, clinical reports, and conduct physiotherapy assessments (via phone, video, or in person) to determine eligibility for assistive robotic devices Recommend suitable devices based on medical conditions, mobility goals, and individual functional capabilities Conduct in-person assessments, installations, and training sessions at client locations, clinics, or rehabilitation centres as needed Collaborate with the engineering and product development teams to offer clinical insights that support ongoing product refinement and user-centric design Participate in and oversee clinical trials or pilot testing of exoskeletons and other devices, including adjusting settings based on patient response and therapy goals Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation of client assessments, trials, follow-ups, and device usage for internal records and quality assurance Ensure all clinical interactions, trials, and assessments comply with healthcare standards, ethical guidelines, and company protocols Stay updated on current developments in physiotherapy, rehabilitation robotics, and assistive technologies to continually enhance patient support Travel when required to various locations for onsite evaluations, hands-on device setup, and training sessions.
