Position Overview

We are seeking a

qualified and compassionate Physiotherapist (MPT - Cardio-Pulmonary)

with proficiency in

Tamil/Malayalam, English, and Hindi

to join our

Tele-Rehab team

.
The ideal candidate should be passionate about

digital healthcare

, experienced in

cardio-pulmonary rehabilitation

, and skilled in

virtual patient counselling and treatment

.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct

virtual physiotherapy assessments

and consultations for cardio-pulmonary patients.

Design and implement

personalized treatment plans, tracking progress through the Tele-Rehab platform.

Educate patients

on breathing exercises, posture correction, and lifestyle modifications.

Maintain accurate and detailed documentation

of patient sessions and clinical records.

Collaborate

with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure seamless, holistic care. Deliver therapy sessions in

Tamil/Malayalam, English, and Hindi

for effective patient communication. Follow all

protocols and quality standards

as per Watch Your Health's Tele-Rehab model.

Requirements

Master's Degree in Physiotherapy (MPT - Cardio-Pulmonary specialization)

. Minimum

2 years of clinical experience

in the pulmonary department.

Fluency in Marathi, English, and Hindi

(mandatory). Excellent

communication and interpersonal skills

.

Tech-savvy

and comfortable using digital tools for virtual therapy and documentation. Compassionate, patient-oriented approach with strong professional ethics.

Work Schedule & Compensation

Shift Timings:

9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Working Days:

Monday to Saturday

Weekly Off:

Sunday

Salary Range:

?22,000 - ?27,000 (Gross per month)
Negotiable based on experience and skill set.
