Assess patients' physical condition through history taking and physical examination
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Perform therapeutic exercises, electrotherapy, manual therapy, and rehabilitation techniques
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as required
Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, posture, and injury prevention
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
Ensure proper use and maintenance of physiotherapy equipment
Follow infection control, safety, and ethical guidelines
Participate in ward rounds and multidisciplinary meetings
